The Home Defense course tests students’ ability to make critical decisions under different types of stress.  Students in this course can expect a smaller class size so that we can custom-tailor the training to their lives.  Students will leave this course with the confidence to protect themselves and everyone they care about at home.

Whether at home, in the office, or out in town, we must be better prepared and take ownership of our lives.  This course will teach us how to create a custom home defense plan and work through contingencies based on our environment.

Course Overview:

This course is focused on responding to a home invasion and the tactics and techniques we can use to safeguard our loved ones and ourselves. The focus will be on solo response actions, and we will culminate the event with custom-built micro force-on-force scenarios based on your home environment. The number one technique in any of these environments is prevention, which is how we deter a home invasion from happening in the first place.

Students will receive detailed course instruction, demonstrations, practical, real-life force-on-force scenarios, and immediate diagnostic feedback to increase operational capabilities. The environment and objectives will be realistic based on our experience working in the most elite US Army and Law Enforcement units. Students will learn leading-edge tactics used today by Tier 1 teams to search and clear a structure.

Day 1: Introduction to Home Defense (Classroom) | Planning | Solo Clearance Techniques

Day 2: Legal Use of Force | Home Defense Evolutions

Who Can Attend?

• All U.S citizens who are legally allowed to possess a firearm.
• Students must also be at least 18 years old.  Due to the Department of State ITAR regulations, tactical training is only available to US Citizens/Legal Residents.

What Do We Provide?

• This course will be entirely simunition based; we will provide the training rifle and pistol
• We will provide all simunition training ammunition for this course

What Do You Need?

• Eye protection only.  Hearing protection will not be required
• Comfortable footwear, we will be on our feet all day
• Lunch & water will be provided, but you may want to bring your own snacks
• Clothing suitable for the weather
• Plate carrier/battle belt if you have one with extra mag holsters
• Pistol belt with holster – if you don’t have one, we will provide you with what you need
