Imagine this – You’ve just arrived at home and you notice your door kicked in or a window broken out. You know your loved one(s) are in the house. Do you know what to do? Do you know how to clear a house, let alone your house? What about your marksmanship? Can you hit the target under stress? This is what we’ll having you do in this ever-increasing-in-difficulty course.
The Home Defense course tests students’ ability to make critical decisions under different types of stress. Students will leave this course with the confidence to protect themselves and everyone they care about at home.
Whether at home, in the office, or out in town, we must be better prepared and take ownership of our lives. We will spend time on Day 1 going over personal and home protection both inside and outside of the home. Remember, the best way to prevent a home invasion or being the victim of a crime is to be prepared and have plans in place. This course will teach us how to create a custom home defense plan and work through contingencies based on our environment. Day 2 will be entirely focused on shooting scenarios in the shoot house.
Course Overview:
This course is focused on responding to a home invasion and the tactics and techniques we can use to safeguard our loved ones and ourselves. The focus will be on solo response actions, and we will culminate the event with custom-built micro force-on-force scenarios based on your home environment.
Students will receive detailed course instruction, demonstrations, practical, real-life force-on-force scenarios, and immediate diagnostic feedback to increase operational capabilities. The environment and objectives will be realistic based on our experience. We will go over tactics on searching and clearing structures.
