What Class Should I Take?

Civilian - Basic & Intermediate Classes

Pistol 1 and Rifle 1

Designed for everyone – from the person to has never held a gun before – to the person that is just looking to get back to the basics – it is designed to instill the fundamentals into you. Pistol and Rifle fundamentals and shooting standards are taught in this course.

Pistol 2 and Rifle 2

These are intermediate classes designed to take your experience level up a notch. We introduce holster drawing (pistol), moving and shooting, different shooting positions, addressing multiple targets, and how to call your shots.

Illinois Concealed Carry

The basic 16-hour class mandated by the State of Illinois you need to take to get your Illinois Concealed Carry license. This class takes place over 2 days, a Saturday and a Sunday.

Illinois Concealed Carry Renewal

This 3-hour class is for the current Illinois Concealed Carrier who is coming up on their 5 year renewal. One hour is spent at the range doing a re-qualification, and 2-ish hours are spent in the classroom going over laws and the legal right to use deadly force in self defense.

Women’s Only Classes

Learn the basics of pistol shooting and an intro to guns in a warm, welcoming environment full of like-minded women. This is the perfect class to gain confidence and knowledge about firearms alongside others who share your interests, all while feeling comfortable and empowered.

Civilian Classes - Advanced

Private Instruction

We can customize classes for both Civilians and LE upon request.

Defensive Pistol

This class pushes your defensive shooting abilities to the next level. This class will have you moving, shooting, and thinking under stress. This class also includes force on force scenarios.

Long Range Shooting

A mini “Sniper Class” teaching system on how to make first-round hits as far as you, your rifle, scope and ammo are capable.

Combat Pistol & Rifle

Combat Rifle & Pistol is a 2-day class designed for shooters who want to shoot faster and more accurately in defense of their life with both their pistols and rifles. Your core skills will be refined building up to dynamic shooting with accurate speed.

Advanced Concealed Carry

This is a fast-paced course and will test your limits! This is meant for those who are already familiar and comfortable in handling and shooting a handgun; this is not for beginners. This is a perfect course for those that will be carrying concealed on a regular basis and is great for anyone that carries a concealed weapon.

CQB Classes

CQB classes will focus on safety, situational awareness, discrimination, decision-making skills and working in close proximity to another shooter.

Protector Classes

Protector Classes are designed for teachers/staff, church security, and School Resource Officers. It requires a Pistol 2 class or equivalent.
